Free sevillanas dancing classes in Fuengirola

As many of you might already know the Fair of Fuengirola will start in less than a month.

Here we are very excited and already looking forward to party and to have a good dance.

Because of it this week Hotel Yaramar would like to recommend you an amazing free activity organised by the Fuengirola Council and related to our fair.

For the last five years, the Council offers some sevillanas dancing classes for those willing to learn this beautiful and traditional Spanish dance just in time for the fair.

 Alicia Iranzo Dancing school is the local dancing school in charge of the classes and these started last Wednesday, the 4th of September, and they are scheduled for Wednesday the 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of September and 2nd of October at 8:30 P.M in the Cristobal Blanca del Moral Auditorium located in Parque de España, the most important park in town located by the new Town Hall and very close to Bioparc.

If right now you are enjoying some lovely days at Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, and you have always wanted to learn how to dance flamenco, we recommend attending this fun classes. Besides, you do not even need to book them in advance!

3rd Yoga Festival of Fuengirola

Do you like yoga and you practice it whenever you have the chance?

If that is the case, you will love to know that this week in the Sohail Castle of Fuengirola there will be a fantastic yoga festival.

This will be its 3rd edition and it will be on Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of May.

As its first two editions have been very successful this year the opening hours will get extended and there will be more areas for the different activities.

The activities are completely free, and this festival is now famous for the great professionals in charge of the classes as well as for its great atmosphere.

If yoga is part of your everyday life, we recommend you not to miss this great opportunity.

This weekend in the Sohail Castle apart from the great free yoga classes there will also be stalls where you can purchase handicrafts, live music, stalls where vegetarian food can be purchased, and a massage area.

By the way, now that we are talking about yoga… Did you know that at Hotel Yaramar we also offer free yoga classes twice a week every week.

The classes are in our gym on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 A.M. and the yoga instructor is our colleague Audrey.

If you fancy practicing some yoga with Audrey you don’t need to book a place or anything, all you have to do is to come to our gym on the days and times above mentioned.

Get fit at Hotel Yaramar doing yoga

Most of us have started year 2019 with many resolutions and looking after ourselves and  exercising more are possibility two of them.

Now after a month of over indulgence it is time to focus and get healthy.

We are aware though that when you come to Hotel Yaramar you are on holiday, and when on holiday we tend to treat ourselves more… mainly because it is quite difficult to say no to the delicious food we serve daily at our hotel.

We want you to enjoy our meals and to indulge yourselves, but we also would like you to feel great, so because of this our hotel offers free yoga classes twice a week.

The classes are in our gym on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 A.M. and the yoga instructor is our colleague Audrey.

Anyone in good physical condition and no serious illnesses or serious mobility issues won’t have problems to do any of the exercises even if they have not done yoga before.

Doing yoga has a very positive impact in our health for different reasons. Yoga makes us have more energy, and toxins are released. It also increases our flexibility, our vitality  and teaches us how to breath better. It also keeps our spine young, improves our posture, helps us deal with ansiety and stress and helps us concentrate, among many other things.

If you fancy practicing some yoga  with Audrey you don’t need to book a place or anything, all you have to do is to come to our gym on the days and times above mentioned.

Holidays at Hotel Yaramar are not necessarily only for sunbathing and enjoying our fun atmosphere, they can also be perfect for getting fit!
