Right now the weather here might be absolutely brilliant, but it is autumn after all, so this time of year there is nothing better than having some lovely comfort food, and this is why Fuengirola has decided to organize this month its popular food route called “La Cazuela de la Abuela”.
This year in fact will be its 12th edition and many local bars and restaurants will participate in it. From Friday the 4th till Sunday the 20th of November. For 2 weeks they all will offer a delicious casserole and a drink (glass of wine, beer, soft drink or water) for only 3.50€.
For many years now, our Rivera Beach Club has taken part in this event, and this time they will also participate with a tasty fish and seafood casserole that has prawns, mussels, kingklip, squid, vegetable and fish stock as main ingredients… It sounds lovely, right?
If you are currently on holiday in Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, and love Spanish food we certainly recommend you try the amazing casserole our chef Salvador from the Rivera Beach Club has prepared this year with love and care for you all and vote for it on the digital tapas passport the Fuengirola Council has designed for the event!
We would like to wish Salvador good luck. We hope he becomes a finalist as in past editions!
