The Erotic Tapas Route of Fuengirola 2019

This week here on the blog of Hotel Yaramar we have the pleasure to announce the arrival of the great and much-awaited Erotic Tapas Route of Fuengirola.

This will be its 11th edition as since it first started in 2009 the number of visitors who come to our town to make the most of it has not stopped increasing.

The Erotic Tapas Route of Fuengirola started last Friday the 1st of November, it will be on till Sunday the 17th of November and the price of a tapa and a drink is only 2,50 €.

By the way, did you know that our Rivera Beach Club will participate again for the 7th time in a row?

Our friendly head chef, Salvador, who is now an expert in this kind of cuisine has prepared a fun and cheeky tapa with some amazing flavours.

The name he has given to his tapa is “Duo Exotico” and it consists of a bed of fried leek with a little sack of crab stuffed filo pastry on top as well as a langoustine covered in brick pastry, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, a cherry tomato and a reduction of balsamic vinegar.

In previous editions the erotic tapa Salvador has created for the Rivera Beach Club has ended up in the top 10 of the most voted tapas, so we would like you to show him your support by trying it and voting for it.

8th Edition of La Cazuela de la Abuela

The weather here might be absolutely brilliant, but it is winter after all, so there is nothing better than having some lovely comfort food, and this is why Fuengirola organizes the popular food route called “La Cazuela de la Abuela” around this time of year.

This year in fact will be its 8th edition and many local bars and restaurants will participate in it. From Friday the 8th till Sunday the 24th of March they all will offer a delicious casserole and a drink (glass of wine, beer, soft drink or water) for only 2€.

As in the past 6 years, our Rivera Beach Club will also participate this time with a tasty traditional casserole from Barbate (Cadiz) that has red tuna, potato, pepper, onion, carrot, wine and spices as main ingredients… It sounds lovely, right?

If you are currently on holiday in Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, and love Spanish food we certainly recommend you try the new amazing casserole our chef Salvador from the Rivera Beach Club has prepared for you all this year and to vote for it!
