"La Cazuela de la Abuela"

Despite the still spectacular weather, after all, we are in autumn, and at this time of the year, what most appeals is to have some delicious and comforting stews. Hence, the culinary route of Fuengirola called “La Cazuela de la Abuela” (in English it means something like Grandma´s Casserole) is celebrated every year during this season.

In fact, this 2023 will be its thirteenth edition, and a large number of local establishments will participate, offering a tasty little stew for only €3.50 accompanied by a drink (wine, beer, soft drink, or water).

As we have been doing for many years, one of these participating establishments is our fantastic Chiringuito Rivera.

If you are currently on vacation at the Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, and you love Spanish cuisine, we recommend you visit Chiringuito Rivera, try the stew that our chef Salvador has prepared this year for you with such grace and care, and of course, vote for it in the digital tapas passport designed for the occasion by Fuengirola Town Hall.
