We know many of you used to visit us in October because you love to come to enjoy the fair of Fuengirola with us. 
Well, the fair of Fuengirola is not the only one we celebrate in the Costa del Sol though as each city and town has its own. In June with the arrival of summer the season of fairs starts too, and the fair of Marbella is the first one to arrive.
The fair of Marbella starts tomorrow, Tuesday, the 7th of June, and it will end on Saturday, the 11th of June.
As it happens in other towns, the fair of Marbella also has a big day. In this case the most important day of the festive week is Saturday, the 11th of June, as it is the day of St. Bernabe, the patron saint of Marbella and therefore a local holiday in there.
And same as in other fairs of the area, during the afternoon and early evening the fair celebrations take place in the town centre, while the late evening celebrations are held at the fairground.
