Two weeks ago we recommended you not to miss the great exhibition of Chinese artist Ai Wei Wei in Málaga.
Today we would like to suggest you another plan related to art as till the 21st of February the Carmen Thyssen Museum is hosting an interesting new exhibition called “Carteles de artista”.
The Carmen Thyssen Museum, which is homed in a beautiful old building right in the centre of Malaga, opened its doors in 2011 and right from the beginning it became one of the most famous and visited museums in town.
It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 A.M to 8:00 P.M and its entry price depends on if we only want to see the temporary exhibition or both temporary and permanent. What never changes if the fact that every Sunday from 5:00 P.M it can be visited for free.
The exhibition we mentioned above, called “Carteles de Artistas” is a temporary one which will show the public the origin of advertising posters as it is a collection of several posters by famous national and international artists like Toulose-Lautrec, Dalí, Miró, Matisse y and even Picasso.
If you love modern art and you are currently on holiday at Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, we do recommend you not to miss a visit to Malaga as its leisure offer couldn’t be any better.
Enjoy the great weather and great art the Capital of Costa del Sol has stored for you!
