It is unbelievable how the year has gone so quickly, December is almost here, and Christmas can now be felt in the air.

As you know at Hotel Yaramar we all love Christmas as everybody is much happier and towns and cities look beautiful with lovely Christmas lights and decorations.

Malaga is in fact one of the most popular cities in Spain for its beauty during Christmas, as its city centre, and especially calle Larios, looks absolutely stunning this time of year.

Christmas lights in Calle Larios are always amazing, but this year the expectation is even bigger as the design is new and it is inspired in the cathedral of Malaga.

Malaga’s Christmas lighting ceremony 2017 will be on Friday the 24th of November, around 7:30 P.M. From that day, till the 6th of January, the beautiful lights will be on daily from 6:30 P.M. till 2:00 A.M.

As last year, there will be a music and light show twice a day, at 6:30 and 9:30. The music chosen this time is “Wizards in Winter” by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, “Feliz Navidad” by Boney M and “Christmas Festival” by The Boston Pops Orchestra.

Well, if you are on holiday right now at Hotel Yaramar or you are planning to come soon, we recommend you not to miss a visit to Malaga city centre.

You will end up full of Christmas spirit!
