“Arts” Exhibition in Fuengirola

This week here on the blog of Hotel Yaramar, your hotel in Fuengirola, we would like to recommend you a fabulous exhibition called “Arts” which has been organised by the Fuengirola Council for the third year in a row.

The exhibition is displayed in Museo Ciudad de Fuengirola and it includes pieces of pottery and clay, sculptures, paintings, photos, bookbinding works, restored books, glazed works, engravingsrestored items as well as objects and pieces done with recycled materials.

All works there included have been made by students who attend the evening art related classes organised by the Council.

The exhibition is totally free, it includes a big number of pieces, can be visited until Sunday the 23rd of June from Tuesday to Thursday from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. from 2:00 P.M. and from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

New exhibition in CAC Mijas

A pair of weeks ago here on the blog of Hotel Yaramar we told you about a superb exhibition about Van Gogh in Malaga.

Today our blog is about art again as right now there is a very interesting exhibition in CAC Mijas.

It is called “La incorporeidad del Color” ( “The nonphysicality of colour”), it includes paintings by artist Enrique Delgado and can get visited until Wednesday, the 29th of May.

CAC Mijas is a very popular museum in Costa del Sol. Its regular entry price to access all facilities of the museum is 3 euros, and the price for groups and over 65s is only 2 euros.

The museum is in the centre of Mijas Pueblo, in calle Malaga, and it is open Monday to Saturday from 10 P.M to 6 P.M.

Exhibition about Van Gogh in Malaga

If you love art, we have great news for you as this week on the blog of Hotel Yaramar we are going to tell you all about one of the most incredible exhibitions that can currently get visited in Spain.

This exhibition is about famous post-impressionist Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh.

“Van Gogh Alive Experience” can be visited in Malaga until the 9th of June and it is on display inside an over 800 square metres tent located in Paseo de la Farola, in Malaga Marina.

The exhibition is a unique multisensorial experience where images of the artist get projected and music gets played with the aim to recreate his life and works.

Its visitors will be able to walk through his landscapes and self-portraits and will manage to appreciate the evolution in Van Gogh’s style.
