Not long ago Hotel Yaramar received the arrival of a great Thomson entertainment team. 
We are aware every summer you are eager to meet our new team, therefore we thought it would be a great idea to write a post about them on our blog.
Our fantastic new team consists of 2 girls and 2 boys called Simon,Becky, Matt and Emily.
Simon is the Team Leader. He studied at University of Cumbria and also got trained at the London School of Musical Theatre. His great talent and singing skills have made him play important leading roles like Jesus in “Jesus Christ Superstar” or Danny Zuko in “Grease”. Another interesting fact about Simon is that he was a featured extra in the famous film “Les Miserables”and can be spotted having a beer beside Hugh Jackman!
Becky comes from Nottingham and she first started working in theatre at the age of 5. This is her second season working for Thomson and, like Simon, she has also played important leading roles like Maleficent in “Sleeping Beauty” or Sandy in “Grease”. Becky has also appeared in different TV productions in the UK.
Matt is from Kent and last year he graduated in Performing Arts at Canterbury Christ Chruch University. Like Rebecca, Matt has also been performing from a young age. While he was at uni he played the great role of Marius in “Les Miserables” and in August 2013 he made his professional debut as a member of the first ever musical to be put on at the New Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
And last but not least is Emily. She comes from Northampton and she studied Musical Theatre in Italy. She has been performing as a professional for 2 years though, like the rest of the team, she also started acting at a very young age. Emily is very happy to be working in Spain and this is her first season with Thomson.
