As you know Hotel Yaramar is right by the promenade and this is definitely the best and most popular place to get fit as it is 7 kilometres long, all flat and it also offers amazing views and a very refreshing sea breeze.
Our promenade also has one of the best bike lanes in Malaga and this is why cycling is one of the most popular sports in town.
We all know cycling is great for our health, but maybe you have no idea of its many benefits. Here you have some of the most important:
