Some of you might have seen pictures of women and men wearing flamenco outfits, some might have even seen flamenco shows, but did you know that in Andalucia we still wear those outfits to celebrate our town’s festivals? This festive days are called “Feria”. In Fuengirola, we celebrate it from the 6th till the 12th of October every year.

This year at our Hotel Yaramar we wanted to share our traditions with all our guests. This is why we decorated our Bar patio and snack bar and our staff were dressed in the typical outfit. But that was not all…we taught our guests the following:

-How to wear the flamenco accesories.
–Flamenco dancing (Sevillanas)
–Clapping to flamenco

and we had to put all this into practice somehow, so we organised a party! Here you have a video to see how it was. We hope you like it!
