Two weeks ago here on the blog of Hotel Yaramar we recommended you not to miss 2 of the many great activities the Fuengirola City Council has prepared for us all this Christmas.
Today we would like to suggest you another great thing organised by the City Council in which on of our sister hotels participates.
On Monday, 14th of December, the third edition of the “Sweet Christmas” route started in Fuengirola. This is a great event organised by the City Council that will be on till the 6th of January and 39 local cafés and bars will participate on it… including the Marina Bay, the lovely café belonging to our sister hotel Hotel Angela.
Our Marina Bay and the other 38 participant establishments, during the 24 days that this route will be on, will offer a hot drink and different tasty cakes for just 2€.
The cake chosen by our Marina Bay is a traditional Spanish sweet pastry called “pestiño” which is very popular in Andalusia both at Christmas and Easter and it is made with flour, fried in olive oil and covered in sugar.
